Motor Tour Impressions

About Us

My name is Moses Limu. I was born and raised in the Shompole community in Magadi, Kenya. I’m a tour guide by profession – and a conservationist by passion.

I come from a community surrounded by the beautiful landscape and surroundings that attract tourism. I am a hospitality professional and find great pleasure showing people our beautiful region.

“Eserian” is the Maasai term for “peace”; something I value immensely in my life and business. It is also the what I feel when driving over the sand dunes around lake Magadi on my motorbike.

I look forward to sharing this experience with you!

The Area

Lake Magadi

Lake Magadi and surroundings offer a remarkable landscape and opportunities for birding sights. There are also hotsprings in which you can swim and relax.

Shompole Conservancy

The Shompole conservancy hosts a plethora of wildlife, set against a beautiful landscape of mountains, rivers and desert. It is located ~15km away from Lake Magadi.

Lake Natron

Lake Natron is home to thousands of flamingos that lay eggs and reproduce here.

From atop the surrounding hills and during the motorbike tour you can enjoy a beautiful view.
